Start deposit of Al-Khair Insurance Company shares – OTC platform

The listing procedures for Al-Khair Insurance Company – OTC platform, with a capital of (5,000,000,000) dinars, have been completed, in accordance with the instructions of the Securities Commission. The process of depositing share certificates for the company’s shareholders will commence on Tuesday, September 1, 2026. Trading will commence after the deposit of 5% of the capital or after 21 days from the date of the deposit.
